Huntswood Golf Club provides an elegant venue perfect for a Wedding Reception, Christening, Birthday Party or Anniversary Celebration. Conveniently located in a beautiful setting just minutes from the M4 and M40 our light & modern clubhouse offers stunning views of the Golf Course. At Huntswood we can cater for a small private function or a larger party of up to 150 people. With large panoramic windows and patio doors which completely fold back leading to a large outside area, elegantly lit and heated for the evening celebrations.

The cost of hiring Huntswood as your party venue is £250 from Monday to Thursday from 6pm to 12am and £350 from Friday to Sunday, a £200 deposit is required at the time of your booking. The hire of the clubhouse for a private function is free of charge to Platinum Members.

Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate 18th or 21st Birthday Parties and we cannot accept external caterers for any function booked at Huntswood.

Meeting Room Hire
We have a small private meeting room to the side of the restaurant area with views of the golf course. The room will accomodate upto 12 people for a meeting with flipchart and wifi available,  the costs to hire the room is as follows:
Half Day Hire: £25
Full Day Hire to include tea, coffee & Biscuits on arrival : £50
Additional tea & coffee charged at £1.85 per person

Selection of sandwiches & bowls of chips - £5.95 per person
Selection of sandwiches & hot buffet items - £7.95 per person
